The Trough and The Crest

Sometimes you feel focused, self motivated, exhilarated and energetic but other times you feel dispersed, demoralized  and  exasperated. I called former phase as 'Being on The Crest' and later phase as 'Being on The Trough'.
You, like everyone else, have a dream. A dream to get recognized, a dream to get satisfied, a dream to get stabilized. You may have arranged almost everything to plant the seed of your dream, but sometimes you are not able to arrange one thing - The fuel: the courage to sow the seeds.
While on the Crest, You should always motivate yourself - motivation to become courageous. While on the Crest, you should think about your dream, your present, your past and your present in the future!. While on the Crest, you should always think of harvesting the fruits of the seed, which you might have not yet planted, because that brings happiness, courage and whole lot of energy.
The saddest part is that the span of the Crest is much smaller than the span of the Trough!!
The Crest lasts for at-most two days in a period of fortnight with remaining days ends on being in the Trough.
While on the Trough, you are not able think any of any unusual, exceptional activities. Your days of this period ends of being 'A stupid common man'! A common man without any dream. A common man who just do what he is asked to do. A common man who lives because he has to live.  A common man who has never tasted the fruits of the plant planted by himself and therefore does not know what would it be.
It's all in our control to manage the periods of trough and crest. You should slash the period of the Trough and add those days in the period of the Crest. You have to do that for sure!
Till now you must have recognized that at this time I am on the Crest!! Actually I always want to be on the Crest. I want to do whole lot things to pursue my dream, to execute the plan I have made few years back and to bring satisfaction to myself.
